first of all I would like to say thank you for your work, the amavis version in Etch is really nice and I especially like the splitting of the configfiles. :-) But I found a little issue, if I don't install dspam I get always a message that it isn't installed in the syslog. Naturally it works without problems if dspam is not installed, but amavis seems to like dspam, so I recommend you to add dspam to the suggest line in debian/control.
