Concretely, the package radicale now fails to build, as it passes an
empty version number to help2man. This was reported as bug#1076915.

Release 0.10.0 succesfully builds as an unofficial draft package,
embedding 10 crates (9 missing, 1 ahead)
which needs to be packaged before this can officially enter Debian.
The built binary runs and works fine.
Main task now is to package the remaining missing Rust crates.
