Only thing that helped was adding -g in command line(or to .desktop).
I have deleted Inkscape configuration(.config/.local) but it didn't help.

Closing tabs in epiphany-browser randomly killed it, after patching gtk+
witch attached diff it no longer crash.
I hope it might help.
