the linker dies with an OOM when trying to build ns3 on mipsel. As discussed in
#951115 with a mipsel porter (who happens to be a former maintainer of this
package), this architecture should be removed for that package for the time
being.

so I uploaded a version of this package without mipsel, and it built
nicely on all architectures where its dependencies are to be found
(all official architectures plus some others).
Thus downgrading this bug.
