Bug#677131: proposed fix is not a good temporary fix

The proposed fix is not permanent because the file .config/openbox/lxde-rx.xml keeps getting overwritten as the user configures LXDE. I put an executable file, /usr/local/bin/lxtask that reads lxde-logout which makes the fix reliable. -- Mike Bianchi Foveal Systems 973
