something on which does not depend? Or depend... so how it is possible
systemd starts this service after failure of service which depends on.

Hello,
After update, I have similar problem which revealed after rutine update
of latest stable release. I also noted that in rescue mode all volumes
are mounted anyway which is strange. Also swap is mounted before, so
logical volumes has to be active before.
