Bug#1061240: bugs.debian.org: ALSA don't recognize Mackie ProFxV3 USB sound cards since 5.10 linux kernel

Hi,

The Mackie ProFX16 is a mixer with a 2x4 USB interface. When I plug it on my
computer, kern.log reports :

I can't get no sound from the card, neither can I play anything to it. I did'nt
find any information regarding this -32 error code.

The alsa-info output is available at http://alsa-
project.org/db/?f=c58140b0af84b98de7b97959cf5b48d94c64787c and the lsusb is
attached bellow.

If I change the kernel with a 4.19 or a 5.4 one, it works fine. I encountered
this bug whith any post 5.4 kernel I tried, even 6 ones.

The alsa-info output from a 5.4 custom kernel (from Librazik project) is
available here: http://alsa-
project.org/db/?f=9c94425e5b696704d956955714aaf94fb2ee8fc6

I've tried genuine debian kernel also and notice no differences regarding this
bug compared to the Librazik custom kernel.

Bug#579660: vserver-debiantools: dupvserver doesn't modify hostname in hosts, hostname and motd

2010-04-29 Thread Olivier Delemar
Package: vserver-debiantools
Version: 0.6.3
Severity: normal

The variable FINDTOREPNAME on line 180 in /usr/sbin/dupvserver is set as:
FINDTOREPNAME=/etc/hostname /etc/hosts /etc/motd
It should be
FINDTOREPNAME=$VSERVERS_ROOT/$TO/etc/hostname $VSERVERS_ROOT/$TO/etc/hosts
$VSERVERS_ROOT/$TO/etc/motd
As the source vserver's hostname isn't found in the host's files, the
search/replace silently fail and the destination vserver still use the previous
name.

 Hi,

 you reported http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=494926 some
time ago. Since then, KDE Software Compilation had several releases. Can
you please verify whether the bug you reported is still present in KDE SC
 4.x?

 Eckhart

I use KDE 3.5 on Debian GNU/Linux 5.0 Lenny and the bug is not present. I'm
sorry I can't test KDE 4 right now, but whenever I will use it, I promise I
will test knetwalk before anything else ;).

Bug#494926: knetwalk crash when puzzle completed

Hi,

Here is the brand new backtrace. I'm affraid it won't be more usefull than the
previous one...

I reproduced the problem using a fresh new user account who never played
knetwalk before. I dont think it's related to the config file.

I also have a huge strace file if you wish. Here is the (maybe most) relevant

No, it is not arch-related. I have tried in amd64 too. , I have though
you could have some corrupted data in your config file
 ~/.kde/share/config/knetwalkrc
And it crashes when it tries to write the score.

Bug#422099: tora: No autocompletion

2007-05-03 Thread Olivier Delemar
Package: tora
Version: 1.3.21-3
Severity: important

Autocompletion doesn't work on SQL Editor. CTRL+T actualy swaps lines
(the current one and the line above, if any) instead of showing the list
of possible table names, and a dot after a table name doesn't show
possible column names, as it is described in the tora doc.

I consider this an important bug as autocompletion is one of the major
features of Tora, ymmv.

NOTE : I use a dpkg-builded package of Tora from apt-sources with oracle
enabled.
