Bug#407889: patch to make ggcov work with gcc-3.4 package
Package: ggcov Version: 0.8-2 Severity: normal I am using gcc-3.4 and ggcov -D all complained about an unknown version and could not display anything. I checked out the latest cvs and patched the sources to allow processing of gcc-3.4 coverage data from debian (gcc version 3.4.6-4 from package gcc-3.4) This is the output of cvs diff: RCS file: /cvsroot/ggcov/ggcov/src/cov_file.C,v retrieving revision 1.74 diff -r1.74 cov_file.C 54a55 #define BBG_VERSION_GCC34_DEB _NEW_VERSION(3,4,'D') /* gcc-3.4 Debian */ 943a945 case BBG_VERSION_GCC34_DEB: 977a980 format_version_ == BBG_VERSION_GCC34_DEB || 1418a1422 format_version_ == BBG_VERSION_GCC34_DEB || 1504a1509 case BBG_VERSION_GCC34_DEB: I wanted to send this directly to the maintainer (gnb @ users.sourceforge.com) but the email did not work so I send this to you as this also affects debian. Bug#394167: texlive-base: please provide eqivalent to prosper
Package: texlive-base Version: 2005.dfsg.1-1 Severity: normal The prosper package cannot be used with texlive at the moment because it requires tetex-bin which conflicts with texlive. I also could not find prosper.cls in any texlive package. Kind Regards, Peter -- Package-specific info: If you report an error when running one of the TeX-related binaries (latex, pdftex, metafont,...), or if the bug is related to bad or wrong output, please include a MINIMAL example input file that produces the error in your report. Don't forget to also include minimal examples of other files that are needed, e.g. bibtex databases. Often it also helps to include the logfile. Please, never send included pictures! If your example file isn't short or produces more than one page of output (except when multiple pages are needed to show the problem), you can probably minimize it further. Instructions on how to do that can be found at http://www.latex-einfuehrung.de/mini-en.html (english) or http://www.latex-einfuehrung.de/mini.html (german) ## minimal input file ## other files ## List of ls-R files -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1121 Oct 9 17:11 /var/lib/texmf/ls-R lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 29 Oct 9 14:46 /usr/share/texmf/ls-R - /var/lib/texmf/ls-R-TEXMFMAIN lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 27 Sep 2 08:30 /usr/share/texmf-texlive/ls-R - /var/lib/texmf/ls-R-TEXLIVE ## Config files lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 20 Oct 9 14:46 /usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf - /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 6018 Oct 9 17:11 /var/lib/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 6838 Oct 9 17:11 /var/lib/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4649 Oct 9 17:11 /var/lib/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-1-686-smp Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages texlive-base depends on: ii texlive-base-bin 2005.dfsg.1-1 TeX Live: Essential binaries ii texlive-common 2005.dfsg.1-1 TeX Live: Base component ii texlive-doc-base 2005.dfsg.1-1 TeX Live: Base documentation Versions of packages texlive-base recommends: pn dvipdfmx none (no description available) pn lmodern none (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
