Recent version (2.3.0) of CQRLOG already supports openssl1.1. New
version will be released soon.

Yes, it's already fixed in git version of CQRLOG. New icon is showing.
Also the bigger problem should be fixed. I'm going to release new version soon.

Debian uses systemd but latest Ubuntu LTS still uses upstart. I'd like
to keep compatibility with latest LTS version. Maybe there could be
two scripts, one for Ubunt
