Hi,

when I install the cpulimit package in testing, version 2.7 downloads.
But when it is run, cpulimit itself shows, that it is actually version
2.4. Aren't these two supposed to match?

I am trying to use Debian unstable riscv64 in docker, but while installing
libxml2, I am getting the following error:
libxml2 : Depends: libicu67 (>= 67.1-1~) but it is not installable

Before installing, I have updated the package list (apt update).

I can see there: https://packages.debian.org/en/sid/libxml2, that libxml2
truly depends on libicu67, but the libicu67 doesn't exist in riscv64 sid
packages. How to solve this problem?
