Bug#585558: Splashy fails to run on intel based cards
Package: splashy Version: 0.3.13-5.1 Hi, splashy does not run on boot, even if it does on rebooting or testing it with splashy test. The bug is being fixed in git [1] and it's probably related to the never kernel present in squeeze. The result of: $ cat /proc/fb 0 inteldrmfb and inside initramfs, scripts/local-premount/splashy grep -q '\(VESA\|VGA\)' || exit /sbin/splashy boot which prevent from executing splashy. Bug#563891: openbox: signal 11 while exploring menus
Hi, Hmm looking at your patch I am not really sure why this fixes the issue for you, especially not as the top frame in your backtrace is a different function than the one that you patched. Though I also don't know what exactly menu_frame_visible is. I'll forward this upstream. Actually it didn't fix it but delay the crash. I didn't have time to look further on it, i just noticed there's some corruption somewhere. Hard to understand where since i'm not familiar with openbox sources. Anyway i also sent a bugreport on here, still didn't get a reply though... http://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4627 Regards S. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#563891: openbox: signal 11 while exploring menus
* Andrew Chant andrew.chant+deb...@gmail.com [2010-01-06 14:22]: Since upgrading from 3.4.8-1 to 3.4.9-2_amd64.deb I get segfaults if I explore teh openbox menus for ~30seconds - 1 minute. This appears in .xsession-errors: How are you gentlemen? All your base are belong to us. (Openbox received signal 11) Reproduces easily, but takes a non-deterministic number of menu explorations. I can reproduce this bug too on amd64. I'm running the git version so i guess the bug isn't fixed yet. I patched it with http://filebin.ca/ordeaq/init_pointer.diff and seems that i can't reproduce it anymore. Please test it to confirm it fixes it. regards, S. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
Bug#553366: Not all favicons are displayed
Package: Galeon Version: 2.0.6 I've noticed galeon doesn't show favicon for some sites (including google, vimeo, amazon, and many others) This is uncomfortable with Smart URL because i can't just leave the icon with no description saving space on the toolbar. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
