ps2pdf hangs for me with this postscript file when simply run as:
$ ps2pdf test.ps
no output is ever generated, except a file in /tmp that slowly grows in size
(probably indefinitely), that I found by 'strace' of 'gs'

When I try to debug a program using debugging version of gtk-2.0
libraries, I get segmentation fault from ld-linux.so at startup. When
using non-debugging version of the libraries, the program starts
normally.

1. It does work with /usr/lib/debug version of gtk-1.2 libraries (when
application is linked against gtk-1.2 instead of gtk-2.0).
2. It does work with /usr/lib/debug version of libc6 libraries.

It seems that the kernel has some races in opening/closing of serial
ports. Simple C program below just opens/closes a port in a loop.

The system time is being set from hardware clock incorrectly on startup
when the following conditions are met:
1. The time in hardware clock is local time, not UTC, and UTC=no is
correctly set in /etc/default/rcS.
3. Separate partition is mounted on /usr.

not. It makes the applet unusable on vertical panels.
