within the deployment process, i.e. before Exim has sent any mail. So I'm suggesting to create it right away, during the installation. I've already suggested this at https://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2768 but got the answer that this is more a distribution thing :-) -- Schöne Grüße Thomas
