Please add ISSE to Debian repositories when you can. It is a useful tool for multimedia work. I am trying to earn a living through using and then teaching libre software for multimedia production. ISSE can really do useful things. I have tried it in Windows and it works a treat. Time to get a Debian package if there is not one already. I did a search and could not find it.
