But in practical I cant even run chromium without ANGLE for even a few

At present hwaccel-videodecode is broken.
--enable-accelerated-video-decode makes chromium to enable it and it
shows up in chrome://gpu but,
when you actually try to play a video(like
al release. Closes: #978149

libs are not bundled with package so.
Invoke chromium as .
