NXDOMAIN, and my guessing also didn't bring up anything correct. What's the
correct URL?

Silly typo:

deb-src http://debian.nfgd.net/debian unstable main

Thanks, I've taken a look. There's some problems I see though:

- The new package includes a lot of .git dirs. Can you remove these?

- The new package is a native package (i.e. without .orig.tar.gz) but
should have an .orig.tar.gz from upstream plus diff+dsc from Debian.

- The changelog does not mention any of the currently open bugs that should be
closed by this upload. Please mention them with the appropriate
  Closes-statement.

- Maybe you can also include the German translation that's still in the BTS?

If you can address these things (most notably the .git dirs, but while you're
at it, the others would be good too), I'll sponsor it.

thanks for your work!

Thijs

Great! I'll release version 2.2.5 later this week which will address all these
points, and notify you right after.

Thanks a lot.

Bug#418582: dbmail: package installation does not create user - fails to install

2007-04-10 Thread Peter Rabbitson
Package: dbmail
Version: 2.2.3-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Installation of 2.2.3-1 on a clean system fails, because
`dbmail.postinst configure` does not create the dbmail user/group before
executing the chown on line 174.

Here is the actual error message:

I am aware of it. A fixed package is available, awaiting upload by my
sponsor.
