No it is the same OS and the same Computer and the same version of xsane. I think the problems startet as I installed the new Kernel 2.6.22-2-k7 but also there the scanner was working sometimes. I think it belonges to the usb-problematik. Then please upgrade libsane to the version in unstable, and that'll fix it.
