Do you click on Let Fluxbox change the config? - - Must Fluxconf be launched while you change the focus model through the built-in menu in Fluxbox? To be honest, I can't reproduce the problem you describe. I'd really appreciate if you could double check and tell me if the problem remains, and if it's related to Fluxconf at all. For the time being, I will lower the severity to 'important'.
