The buildd errors (as well as the mentioned commits to upstream source) are
in the Ruby bindings
(and were actually caused by changes to the Subversion core).
Because the libsvn-perl binary package makes it a blocker for the Perl
5.18 transition: if the bug isn't fixed, binNMUs against Perl 5.18
will fail, and libsvn-perl along with its reverse dependencies will
be uninstallable.
