I pushed the release with your changes for version -1 to git repo.

And I find there're a few arch with FTBFS issue in buildd.
So I made a -2 attempt.
I pushed my changes to branch mentors.

Package is on mentors and debomatic with the following arch:

Upload an updated version to mentors, which handles FTBFS on armel/armhf/arm64 
platform.
(occured on debomoatic)
Version is kept the same.

Changes are push to git repo, branch mentors:

So you can use git-buildpackage to build:
  gbp clone --pristine-tar https://github.com/rogers0/libbloom.git
  cd libbloom
  git checkout mentors
