I am the Debian Maintainer of grisbi.
I have no idea when grisbi 1.1 (with support of goffice 0.10) will be
released. The progress is very slow.

At worst it is possible to build grisbi 1.0 without support of goffice-0.8.
So goffice-0.8 can be removed.

goffice-0.8 is only used by gnucash and grisbi in the archive. 

Both gnucash and grisbi have already switched to goffice 0.10 in an
unstable version or in their git repository.

At the time of the buster release, they'll hopefully have migrated to
that new major version of goffice, so it's probably a good idea to get
rid of goffice-0.8 for buster.

I guess this can be revised when we are getting closer from the release.
