Package: devscripts Version: 2.17.6+deb9u1 Severity: minor Consider dch -r `foo' dch ignores `foo', which is `TEXT', in the sense that `foo' does not appear in the resulting changelog entry. *But* if you don't supply `foo' dch runs an editor. And there's no other way to stop it doing so
