Given there were no objections for a month, I've filed a removal bug now.

tinyeartrainer was recently removed from Testing as part of the
Python2 removals.

It looks to me like tinyeartrainer's last release was a decade ago and
that it is unlikely to be ported away from pygtk and Python 2.

Therefore, I or someone else will file a bug soon to request that
tinyeartrainer be removed from Debian Unstable.

This package can easily be added back to Debian if someone does port
it to use supported libraries.
