Thanks for the reminder! The package is essentially done, but it had slipped
off my radar. I just uploaded it to the NEW queue.

Hi Doug;

Are you still working on this? For what it's worth I started some
packages for my own use at

 https://salsa.debian.org/bremner/latte

Bug#1012500: ITP: latte-int -- Lattice point Enumeration

2022-06-08 Thread Torrance, Douglas

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
Owner: Doug Torrance
X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-de...@lists.debian.org, dtorra...@debian.org

* Package name: latte-int
 Version : 1.7.6
 Upstream Author : The LattE Team
* URL : https://www.math.ucdavis.edu/~latte/software.php
* License : GPL
 Programming Lang: C++
 Description : Lattice point Enumeration

LattE (Lattice point Enumeration) is a computer software dedicated to
the problems of counting lattice points and integration inside convex
polytopes. LattE contains the first ever implementation of Barvinok's
algorithm. The LattE macchiato version (by M. Köppe) incorporated
fundamental improvements and speed ups.

Now the latest version, LattE integrale, has the ability to directly
compute integrals of polynomial functions over polytopes and in
particular to do exact volume computations. Version 1.6 adds the
capability of computing the highest coefficients of weighted Ehrhart
quasipolynomials.

I plan to maintain this package under the umbrella of the Debian Math Team.
