gnome-phone-manager has been abandoned upstream. It hadn't received any updates except for translations in a decade. It is no longer receiving any bug reports, patches, or translations. https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/phonemgr It depends on other abandoned libraries like dbus-glib, gconf, gnome-bluetooth. When I tried running it, the app fails to start. Because no one uses it. The recommended replacement is kdeconnect or gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect. Thank you, Jeremy Bicha
