I don't think there's anything we can provide.  This file seems like it
would have to be created for your specific computer since the name
includes the card's PCI address.  So this is a bug in the driver;
possibly our fault as we change the way missing firmware is logged.

After some research on internet it appears some optional binary are missing
from firmware-atheros package.
