The package builds with llvm-dev. Please update.

Just replacing "llvm-13-dev" with "llvm-dev", the package indeed builds but
without LLVM support. One also needs to adapt debian/rules, and doing so makes
the package fail to build. With LLVM 14, 15 and 16.

llvm-toolchain-13 has become problematic: it fails to build in unstable, and
will soon start preventing packages from migrating to testing. It's time to get
rid of it.

I propose to upload a version of autofdo without LLVM support.

To make progress on this, I will make a NMU to DELAYED/5.

please see #1041473 and orphan the package with this upload.

Dear Maintainer,

As part of the effort to limit the number of llvm packages in the
archive, it would be great if you could upgrade to -14.

We are trying NOT to ship Bookworm with llvm-toolchain-13.

llvm-defaults is now pointing to -14.

Thanks,
Sylvestre
