looks like meliae used to be in debian https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1000548 is the bug report that removed it, claiming some 3.9 FTBFS bug is it https://bugs.launchpad.net/meliae/+bug/1899379 ?
