The reconnect_on_failure keyword argument has been added to paho mqtt quite recently and the Debian package hasn't been updated yet. So to fix this bug you have two options: a) Reupload 0.10.0 (with some really version). b) Upload a new paho mqtt and upload python3-asyncio-mqtt with a suitable version constraint. In both cases, please do add an autopkgtest and a build-time test or something. Such a fundamental failure shouldn't have entered unstable much less migrated to testing.
