FTR, I think this was fixed by the upload of mk-configure/0.37.0-2, which
actually installed the package files (including the mkcmake program).

I believe this bug can be closed; a manual rebuild of libmaa in
an unstable-amd64 chroot (with mk-configure-0.37.0-2) worked for me just now.
