Package: ifupdown-extra
Version: 0.33+nmu1

In testing out an installation of ifupdown-extra, I noticed the
following trio of messages in syslog:

Feb 9 22:12:21 image-debian64 ifup[526]: ERROR: Interface --all does not
seem to be present in the system
Feb 9 22:12:21 image-debian64 ifup[533]: Device "--all" does not exist.
    Feb 9 22:12:21 image-debian64 ifup[531]: WARNING: Cannot check for
duplicate IP address in the network as the script could not find the ip address
of --all. You can disable this test by setting DO_ARPING to 'no' in
/etc/default/network-test .

The first and third messages appear to come from the 00check-network-cable
and 10check-duplicate-ip scripts, respectively.

Note that IFACE="--all" is a valid invocation of the if-*.d scripts, per
bug #826000.
