Bug#1032787: vfu: cat not open file with special characters in it's name
Hi Vladi Removed my old .vfu directory and allowed vfu to create a new default configuration. PLEASE NOTE: I have disabled usage of internal viewer and editor (when I tested it with internal editor - everything worked fine) Problem exists when I use vim or any other editor for following files: aa%bb.txt aa|bb.txt On Wed, Mar 15, 2023 at 12:00:57PM +0200, Vladi Belperchinov-Shabanski wrote: hello! regarding opening of files with names like: 'aa bb.txt' 'aa$bb.txt' 'aa%bb.txt' as of v5.00: 30.Jan.2023, VFU does not require %f to be quoted. it was reflected in the enclosed sample vfu.conf and HISTORY changes files. I'm sorry for the change but the old way was not good enough even though it was this way for years. please, get back to me if this does not help for some reason. cheers!
