WebEngine currently builds with an embedded copy of libtiff. https://udd.debian.org/lintian/?packages=qt6-webengine As described in the upstream Qt bug report, this appears to be a problem with the embedded pdfium, even though the standalong libQt6Pdf.so does not have an embedded copy, which has to do with different options being used during the separate build processes. https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-111626 An upstream Chromium bug has also been filed. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1429647 The purpose of this bug report is to track the upstream progress of this fix.
