My guess is that fonts-sil-andika renamed that file, thus breaking some 
users of the font. Otherwise they should have shown up in the past


There is a depends on the font and a symlink (that no longer works), I 
have no idea how bad this is. It's in the "code" part, not in the "docs" 
part of the package.

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.
