This package provides lexical database itself, its data access library and some additional utilities to deal with it. These include text preprocessor rulex and lexholder-ru utility that allows one to browse and alter the database content. Being developed for some years as an open source project RuLex database was eventually used by RHVoice TTS engine (https://github.com/RHVoice/RHVoice). Need a sponsor for upload.
