Dear Maintainer,

I have installed debian via the ISO at

https://gemmei.ftp.acc.umu.se/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-12.4.0-amd64-netinst.iso

and selecting the "Australia" locale / "Victoria" timezone / "US keyboard
layout" options.

Each time I open a terminal, I get the following message:

-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_US.UTF-8)

Both LC_LANG and LC_ALL are set to en_US.UTF-8, which is not an installed
locale.

I have had a dig through /etc and $HOME but have not found anything which sets
them.
