Can you still reproduce this? I can't reproduce it with command line options and image you provided. With -fullscreen, it appears normal (centered, but still scaled to fit all of it on the screen). With -fillscreen it appears, but is (as it is supposed to be) stretched out to the point where some of it is not visible.
