Hi, thanks for your observation. I had to comment that line out when I realised that it broke one of the backend archive types. I think it was rsync. That is why I am reluctant to apply this patch as is. The whole life cycle of a cache file is problematic in the current implementation. It is not very well defined and Fetcherxxx classes come and go in mysterious ways. I'm giving some thought to a reorganisation of these classes.
