retitle 311057 lvm2 does not properly shift init script to 26
reassign 311057 lvm
thanks

On a fresh install, lvm uses S26 in /etc/rcS.d. If upgraded from
a previous version which used S25 instead (not sure which one, I am
just proxying this bug), it fails to shift the start order properly,
so that lvm will continue to start at S26. This conflicts with
mdadm, which needs run before lvm, but since it also starts at S25
and m is after l in the alphabet, it does not get a chance.
