Package: mantis Version: 0.19.2-4 mantis's postinst tries to use makepasswd when the package is being purged, but since makepasswd is not part of an essential package, that's not allowed. Policy, 7.2, the bit about "Depends": "that the postrm cannot rely on any non-essential packages to be present during the purge phase".
