Justification: causes serious data loss
When saving a .wxg with wxGlade, the menu bar is sometimes not saved.
Everything inside of object class=wxMenuBar.../object -- including the
tag itself, as well as menubar1/menubar -- is lost.
The criteria for this bug to show up elude me. It might have got something to
do with whether the menu bar's frame was displayed (double-clicked) during the
session, or not.
This bug had really severe impact on a project I am working on for
a commercial company. Fortunately, I had a backup ready, and keep one all the
time now. Hope this is fixed in 0.4.
