Heartbat-2's postinst script tries to manipulate var/run/heartbeat/{ccm,crm}
but these directories do not exist on a fresh install. This causes
the postinst, and thus the install to abort.
Trivial fix is to add var/run/heartbeat/{ccm,crm} to heartbeat.dirs
