Package: file
Version: 4.15-2
Severity: wishlist

In testing something else, I noticed that file -i returned text/plain for
a CSV file rather than text/csv. file also identifies it as ASCII text.

This isn't breaking anything for me personally and isn't a high priority,
but it might be useful for automated file handling to recognize CSV files.
