There seems to be no solution at the moment for this. I suspect that this phenomenon might be based on my systems settings and thus not reproducable on other systems, there was only one more user facing the same weird behaviour. Menawhile I have totally erased any kde specific package and installed gnome. This runs fine and it could be said that it's still a kde related bug. I think it should be closed by now.
