 All right, looking in the MAINTAINERS file in the kernel source looks that the
 responsable for the i8k module is Massimo dal Zotto, i'm gonna send him a 
 report about the bug.

please file it at bugzilla.kernel.org and add him there to CC,
these days Dmitry Torokhov takes care of the INPUT drivers.

Nop, it has the same problem.
