LHA, but the *deco tools have more sematic knowledge of the contents, know about obscure deviations from the format in some BIOSes, some motherboard-specific quirks etc. etc. Judging from some ad-hoc tests on some images I did notice differences, but don't ask me what exactly the differences are...
