it would be great if there would be a column in the results window which shows the popcon score for each package. You could then sort the results by popularity. This would really help with deciding which package to install. I'm not quite sure how to achieve this on the technical level. Pulling the stats via http would need an internet connection while using package search. A better idea would probably be to pull the raw popcon files every now and then.
