Bug#405775: Udev sometimes forgets to RUN a program when renaming network interface

Hi guys, Yes, I've reported about this bug. I was able to reproduce it on vmware machine with two nic cards - clean debian installation and right after that I tried to swap network cards in z25_persistent-net.rules file. Right after that I have interface renaming errors during boot time
