File properly detects DICOM files. It, however, reports the mimetype as application/octet-stream while it should be application/dicom. Upgrading to upstream 4.19 should fix this as it includes the proper mimetype (4.18 does not yet). Rationale: GNUmed (package gnumed-client) is using XMedCon (package xmedcon) to display DICOM files from CDs brought along by patients from MRT/CT/X-Ray imaging studies.
