Gnus appears to hang when 'decrypting' a message that is armored but
not encrypted.  A copy of the troublesome message is in the boxquote
"*Article*" below.  When the article was selected, the mini-buffer
asked:

        Decrypt pgp encrypted part? (y or n)

Responding with 'y' appeared to cause Gnus to hang.  Pressing C-g then
moving to the Article buffer and pressing '| gpg' produced the text
shown in the "*Shell Command Output*" boxquote below.

Should Gnus not have presented the unarmored text when given a 'y'
response to the Decrypt pgp encrypted part? (y or n) prompt?
